I have been a wine merchant for four years now and my passion for wine is as great as ever.
My supplies of grapes are mainly hand-picked and my work with biodynamic wines allows me to offer wines with the authenticity of Chablis, respecting the lunar calendar.
The wine is always aged in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels on lees for a period of 10 to 18 months.
My wines are now distributed in several countries.
