Domaine Fourrey is a 25-hectare family estate in the heart of the Chablis vineyards. We have held HVE level 3 certification since the 2017 vintage. We produce the following wines: Petit-Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru: Côte de Lechet, Vaillons, Mont de milieu, Fourchaume; Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir and a Bourgogne Pinot noir. The wines are matured in stainless steel vats to bring out the character of each terroir.
